I’m now having to go to the doctor to address the neck/back/shoulder issues caused by the mattress, which adds to our avoidable expenses. In retrospect, I wish I hadn’t gotten it and had purchased a non-foam mattress instead. I think the issue is that most folks typically sleep in the same position each night, so the foam breaks down/compacts in that spot over time. My partner and I are average weight and height, side sleepers. I talked to customer service but kept getting the runaround, so I don’t think we will get a replacement or refund now that it’s past the first year. It sags significantly and is causing neck, shoulder, and back pain. We loved the Nectar mattress for the first year or so, but it has not held up over the 3 years we’ve owned it.

If I can remember, I will come back and send another update after about a month I hope mine will get a little softer after using it for a longer period of time (it's only been like 1-2 weeks since I got mine). I tried a classic nectar bed in a retail store today, and I liked it a lot. They asked me to take at least 30 days before deciding if I want to return the mattress or not, basically you break into the mattress in 30 days apparently. If this is a big concern for you, you might want to get the premium nectar, get some cooling gel mattress cover, or choose a different option. This wasn't to the degree to wake me up, but I'm not a hot sleeper anyways. One slightly negative thing, the mattress does heat up a little easy. I never felt like falling off the side of the mattress. I personally like a softer mattress as a side sleeper, so I wish it would be a little softer. It is pretty firm, so it provides support. The mattress has a medium-firm feel that supports sleepers in this weight group without sinking too much. Side, back, and stomach sleepers who weigh at least 130 pounds.

You barely sense any movement on the other side of the bed at night. A couple things that are nice: motion isolation is pretty good.
